Star Reading Assessment

The Star Reading Assessment is a universal reading screener to help understand where students are in their reading journey. It is designed and meant to be given three times a year.

The windows for the 2026-27 school year are:

Beginning of the Year: Aug. 24 - Oct. 1
Middle of the Year: Nov. 30 - Jan. 14
End of the Year: April 5 - May 28
